office. The ideal candida te is a dependable , organized , product ive te am player w ith the abili ty to wo rk well with others. The candidate must al so possess or al and writ ten communicat ion skill s and basic
computer knowledge, incl uding Micro sof t Offi ce.

Pri nciple Duties and Resp onsibili ties:
• Warm ly gr eet guests who visit the offi ce.
• Field inbound calls and ass ists callers or route to the corre ct per son.
• Manage office supplies an d maintain required quantit ies.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail including FedEx and UPS.
• Assist Ac counts Receivabl e with daily depos it listing a nd monthly statement distr ibution.
• Assign purchase orders for the Construct ion Department with job costing in fo rm ation
• Assist Ac counts P ayable by investigating and veri fying purchases lacking p roper i dentificat ion.
• Organize offi ce eve nts and meetings.
• Assist other department s as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Associa tes degree or 2+ years of offi ce experien ce pr eferred
• Goo d knowledge o f m ath and basic ac counting principles.
• Organization and t ime manageme nt skills
• Mic roso ft Offi ce experien ce; Excel , Word, Out look, etc.
• Oral and wri tten communi cation skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong prob lem so lving an d analytica l skills
• Ability to wor k independe ntly in a fast-pace d envi ro nment
• Maintain a posit ive, coope rative and te achable attitu de.
• Ability to pass a full backg round scr eening and drug screening.
