Join Ashtead Technology in Norway was an Office Administrator where you will support a range of business activities by accurately completing general business admin, resolving client queries, managing company debtors and supporting the delivery of a top-class customer experience.

Day to day you’ll be involved in:

• Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors, including sign-in and safety briefings in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide general administrative support to the Projects and Management teams
• Raise purchase orders, organise goods and services, and assist with project order updates in the ERP system
• Manage office documentation such as invoices, filing, and updating spreadsheets
• Organise catering for meetings and events, office supplies, and oversee kitchen, and general office presentation
• Coordinate site amenities and maintenance as required
  
• Assisting the sales team with various sales associated tasks

What experience you’ll bring:

• A proven track record in similar Administration role
• Proficient experience in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Acting as a team player with friendly and courteous nature
• Strong attention to detail and a customer and quality focus
• Ability to exercise good judgement whilst being constrained by very tight deadlines
• Self-motivation, flexibility, and organisation to be able to work on own initiative and prioritise work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
