This Office Administrator will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Smyrna.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support professional to join our team. This role is designed as a launch point for early-career professionals seeking exposure to the mining industry and corporate business operations.
As part of this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across office management, event coordination, and document management while working closely with teams across the organization. You’ll also be introduced to how AI-enabled tools and modern systems support operational efficiency in a mining-focused business environment.
This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how different parts of a mining business operate; from operations and safety to finance, engineering, and leadership support.

Expected salary from $62,160 to $72,500
