The Role.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support our HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) team.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of HSEQ systems, compliance requirements, training records, site documentation, and operational safety processes across the business.

Working closely with the HSEQ Manager and project teams, the Office Administrator will play an important role in supporting Regal’s commitment to maintaining safe, compliant,
and efficient project environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating HSEQ administration and project documentation
  • Setting up and maintaining site project folders and records
  • Assisting with site safety documentation.
  • Preparing site signage and project setup materials
  • Managing project inductions and project onboarding administration
  • Maintaining training and qualification registers across the business
  • Coordinating training bookings, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Updating employee training and qualification records within company systems
  • Monitoring and notifying staff of upcoming licence, training, and qualification expiries
  • Maintaining office stock and safety equipment registers
  • Coordinating inspections and annual audits of First Aid Kits, Spill Kits, and fire extinguishers across field operations
  • Supporting the wider HSEQ team with general administrative and compliance tasks as required

Who are you?

Qualifications & Licences:

  • Current Drivers Licence

Experience:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or a safety-focused environment
  • Exposure to WHS, compliance, or HSEQ administration is highly regarded
  • Understanding of OH&S legislation and compliance processes is desirable

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
  • Strong computer and administrative skills across Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both office and site-based team
