About the role
The Office Administrator is the primary point of contact for the West Coast office, ensuring all front‑of‑house operations run smoothly and professionally. You’ll provide a wide range of administrative, financial, travel, and facilities support to both corporate and site‑based teams, helping to keep daily operations efficient and well‑coordinated.
Your work contributes directly to effective business operations, organisational compliance, and a positive experience for employees and visitors alike. This role is central to maintaining a well‑run office environment and supporting the broader team in delivering high‑quality outcomes.
About you
We are looking for an individual that is a motivated self-starter, with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of responsibilities to keep our offices running smoothly. This position requires strong initiative, proactivity and the ability to deconflict when required.
You will have prior experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You must also demonstrate strong systems experience and work well as part of a very busy and much relied on, team working on complex maritime projects with best practice outcomes. You will have exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills to navigate communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful, you will have the ability to maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
