Aviagen Australia in Goulburn is looking for a friendly and organised Office Administrator to join our team!

  • Be the face of the office You'll greet customers and suppliers, support the Finance team, and coordinate day-to-day office operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative skills You're reliable, organised, and can get stuck into tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Attention to detail: You're a person who is proud of efficiency and accuracy in your work, this will be essential in AP data entry and office Admin
  • Professional demeanor Whether it's accepting a delivery or handling inquiries at the front desk, you're confident and personable.
  • Event planning You'll take the lead on organising celebrations, Christmas events, and family days - a true team player who enjoys bringing people together.
  • A team spirit You'll be the administrative lead of our charity committee and help coordinate initiatives that matter to our business and community.

Prior experience with accounts payable is a bonus, but not essential. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a love for organisation, and a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. Most importantly, you should have a passion for contributing to a great team culture.
