Lake Bluff, IL | Full-Time | $50,000 - $60,000 + Incentives


CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 disaster cleanup and restoration company making a difference for others since 1981. We’re growing and looking for our next top performer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Play the key administrative role on a project team, effectively using technology and financial understanding to achieve results
• Interact with customers, clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Construction and restoration project coordination
• Financial administration

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant work experience (e.g., customer service, accounting, collections, office administration)
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail to meet deadlines, data accuracy
• Effective communication skills with a variety of people
• Able to understand financial information
• Calm demeanor and empathy to deliver excellent customer service
• Eagerness to learn new skills and views technology as a business necessity and performance enhancement
