Interim Office Administrator – Clitheroe
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start: Immediate
We are looking for an organised and proactive Interim Office Administrator to support a busy hospitality-based business in Clitheroe. This role is key to keeping the office running efficiently, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Supporting with reservations, bookings, and system updates
General office administration including filing, data entry, and document management
Assisting with rate checks and updating internal systems
Coordinating diaries, meetings, and internal communications
Supporting finance tasks such as invoicing and basic reporting
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office administration role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
