Job Description

Interim Office Administrator – Clitheroe
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start: Immediate


We are looking for an organised and proactive Interim Office Administrator to support a busy hospitality-based business in Clitheroe. This role is key to keeping the office running efficiently, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

  • Supporting with reservations, bookings, and system updates

  • General office administration including filing, data entry, and document management

  • Assisting with rate checks and updating internal systems

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, and internal communications

  • Supporting finance tasks such as invoicing and basic reporting

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
