Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Greet any visitors or guests

· Answering and directly calls on multi-line phone system

· Electronic and paper filing

· Tracking/scheduling employee occ health training and medical surveillance

· Setting up housing and travel

· Assisting with agency notifications

· Assisting project team members as necessary with various tasks

· Run errands as necessary (such as pickups/delivery of packages, trips to corporate office if necessary)

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

· Education Requirements: High School or Equivalent

· Level of Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an office setting preferred.

· Basic computer skills

· Type 35 – 40 wpm

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

· Must have basic computer skills

· Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)

Preferred

· Experience in a construction office is preferred but not required.

Candidates will work in a modern industrial office space, temperature controlled, with dedicated workstations, physical filing and a shared printing station. The candidates dedicated workstation will be at the front desk.

Schedule and Flexibility: In office (No remote work), Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
