Office Administrative Assistant — Kansas City, MO (HQ)

Full-Time | In-Office | $45,000–$50,000 DOE

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Office Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our senior executive team at our Kansas City headquarters. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role at the center of our daily operations — you will be the person who keeps executives organized, communications flowing, and the office running smoothly. Candidates with experience supporting executives or leadership teams are preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize daily task lists, schedules, and calendars for multiple senior executives
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items
• Screen and triage incoming calls and emails, responding or routing as appropriate
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor communications and relationship management
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team
• Update and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets as needed
• Support special projects and company initiatives as directed by leadership
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Executives trust you to manage their calendars and communications with minimal oversight
• You have built strong working relationships with internal teams and key vendors
• Day-to-day office operations run more smoothly because you are in the role

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$50,000, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance — eligible after 30 days of employment
• PTO — begins accruing after 30 days of employment
• 401(k) — eligible after 6 months of employment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of administrative, office support, or executive assistant experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) — this is our primary platform
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic reporting, and spreadsheet management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills — you manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; you represent the executive team in every interaction
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Self-directed and reliable — you follow through on tasks without needing to be reminded
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a genuine willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
