Oversee employee experience activities, including welfare programs, company-wide events, volunteering initiatives, team events, celebrations, gifting, and swag.
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events and team activities while managing external suppliers, negotiations, and timelines.
Manage the well-being and office budget, including tracking expenses, producing reports, and maintaining financial accuracy.
Handle attendance reports, employee benefits such as meal card management and other ongoing administrative tasks.
Lead the new hire onboarding process, including preparing the workstation, coordinating system access, providing first-day guidance, and ensuring a smooth integration.
Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees, including flights and related arrangements.
