About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Office Admin who will serve as the face and first point of contact for the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors
• Manage front desk coverage during office hours
• Provide administrative support to employees on various requests and inquiries
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, deliveries and shipments, groceries, and general office needs
• Support office events, team activities, and company meetings
• Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional office atmosphere

Requirements:

• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels
• Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role - an advantage
