About the Role

As an Office Accounts Administration Team Specialist, you will support Office Account Administration, Team Leads, and Management to ensure effective business operations aligned with Office Accounts policies and standards. You will be responsible for performing data validations, maintaining and updating account data, and ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of strong governance protocols, delivering high-quality and compliant outcomes.

What will your day look like?

As an Office Accounts Administration Team Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Performing validations to various data source points.
  • Maintenance of the Global Account Register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Team Lead in ensuring the submission of high-quality data and documentation.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and facilitate process improvements which meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Finance, Technology, Operations, Production team and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements/re-engineering of current processes.
  • Provide daily support in a team environment.
  • Assist Team Lead and managers with reporting, audits, risk-related work initiatives and data integrity validations.
  • Report and escalate any identified risks & issues
  • Compliance to all ANZ policies and practices
  • Adherence to BSOR procedure and Management of Office Account Policy/Standard

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • 4+ years of experience required in Banking services
  • Advanced in MS Office programs including Word, Excel (running macros, vlook up, pivots) and PowerPoint
  • Good banking experience with Retail/Institutional Product knowledge.
  • Must have reconciliation knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis Methodologies
  • Knowledge of the risk environment
  • Strong and proven communication skills (verbal and written).
