£42,000 to £47,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We're looking for an Office 365 Change & Adoption Analyst to join our Colleague Enablement & Insights team and help us shape how colleagues across Co-op adopt and get value from the technology they use every day. As part of our Digital Workplace domain, you'll work closely with our Collaboration, EUC and Automation Services team to drive the successful adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and other collaboration tools through engaging communications, training, insight-led improvements and change activities that help colleagues embrace new ways of working.
In this role, you'll help shape the colleague experience across Co-op, driving engagement with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools that support collaboration, productivity and innovation. It's an exciting opportunity to combine change management, communications, training and data-driven insights while working with stakeholders across the business, influencing high-profile technology initiatives and helping colleagues get the most from the tools available to them.
