Job Description
We're looking for a deadline-driven Offers and Settlements Specialist to manage an active caseload — preparing, tracking, and advancing settlement offers with speed and accuracy. You'll be the key point of contact between clients, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of active matters, prioritizing across competing deadlines

- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and client communications

- Maintain meticulous case files and communication logs

- Serve as point of contact for clients and manufacturers throughout the offers process

- Negotiate offer terms with manufacturers/opposing counsel, escalating to attorneys as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Law firm experience required
- Confidence calculating, negotiating, and moving offers forward independently
- Strong sense of urgency and deadline accountability
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; case management system experience a plus
