Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Offering Lead to build and lead the ServiceNow offering and practice in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the ServiceNow go-to-market strategy together with functional leads in Finance, Risk and HR consulting, and leading the growth of our ServiceNow practice in the Finnish market.

Your responsibilities include owning sales targets and revenue KPIs, building and developing the local ServiceNow team, and driving client engagement and participating in project delivery. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our ServiceNow offering and influence how the team evolves as we scale.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Developing and executing the ServiceNow strategy and go-to-market plan for the Finnish market, positioning our solutions competitively and driving market awareness.
• Owning sales targets and revenue KPIs for the ServiceNow, with accountability for commercial performance and growth.
• Building, leading, and developing the Finland ServiceNow team, including recruitment, capability development, and retention of top talent. You will shape the team structure and influence how we scale our capabilities to meet market demand.
• Engaging proactively with senior-level clients and stakeholders, advising on solution and problem scoping across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and identifying new business opportunities.
• Leading the delivery of solutions and supporting teams in corrective measures, while maintaining strategic oversight of project execution.
• Working closely with Deloitte function specific consulting leaders (like Finance, GBS, Risk, HR...) and Nordic ServiceNow leadership to oversee and lead multiple workstreams of technical design and delivery activities, create and maintain a network of potential clients, and be known as a trusted advisor. Participate actively in consulting sales activities, including writing service proposals and leading client pitches.
• Establishing yourself as a thought leader in the ServiceNow market, contributing to industry insights and best practices that enhance Deloitte’s market position.

You have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, ideally in technology consulting or software solutions implementation.
• Demonstrated experience leading and building teams or business units, including recruitment, development, and scaling capabilities.
• Strong track record in commercial and sales leadership, with responsibility for revenue targets and KPIs.
• Experience in leading large and international project sales processes.
• Strong ServiceNow experience and networks in the Finnish market.
• Over 5 years of consulting experience, with a balance of strategic advisory and hands-on delivery.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work hands-on in delivering projects when needed, while maintaining strategic leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior client levels.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
