Your opportunity:

As a Security Testing and Exposure Management Specialist, you'll work across a range of projects including Penetration testing a vast variety of technology, Red and Purple Team Operations, Exposure Management and assisting the Incident Response team as needed while collaborating closely with our Blue Team.

From our 5G radio networks to our eCommerce platforms and warehouse systems, you'll navigate a range of technologies and environments. Success in this role requires a curious and tenacious mindset, with a passion for testing a wide range of technologies.

You'll make impact by:

  • Work across a wide range of Penetration Testing projects performing API / Web, Network, Mobile App, Hardware, IoT, Mobile Network on systems ranging from e-commerce to mobile core and everything else in between.
  • Secure Configuration Review of SaaS, PaaS and Cloud systems, providing recommendations to project teams.
  • Perform both full scale covert Red Team Operations and collaborative, test case focused Purple Team operations across a vast environment.
  • Test the capability of our security tooling to identify potential weaknesses in our security posture.
  • Grow the vulnerability management program into a fully-fledged Exposure Management capability.
  • Innovate and create custom tooling that contributes to strengthening our security posture

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 Years hands-on experience in Offensive Security, penetration testing, or within Security Operations or DevSecOps role. Strong aptitude and hunger to grow into full-scale Red / Purple Teaming.
  • Strong technical foundation (Operating Systems, Networking, Web and Scripting)
  • Strong Familiarity with Offensive Security tool suites such as Burp Suite and Kali Linux
  • Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP testing frameworks and Security-first mindset.
  • Exposure to cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with ability to identify misconfigurations and assess security posture of SaaS/PaaS platforms.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with developers, testers, and security teams in a shared mission to improve defences.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to work constructively within project teams.
  • Demonstrated capability through a reputable Security certification (OSCP ideal, but not required, others include CRTO, eCPPT, PJPT, or other CTF and eLearning Platforms)
