We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Off Trade Lead for Switzerland. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing the full retail channel, reporting directly to the Country Manager for Switzerland, while leading a team of two KAMs. As the Off Trade Lead, you will be at the helm of the Swiss Off Trade strategy, handling yearly negotiations, daily interactions with existing customers, and driving the onboarding of new partners to expand distribution and enhance overall volume Monitoring Off Trade performance and campaign effectiveness will be a key focus, and your dedication to meeting or surpassing budget expectations will be instrumental to our success.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct yearly negotiations with existing partners and expand the network
· Lead your KAM team and structure day to day operations
· Strategize and execute annual promotional planning
· Ensure successful listing of our innovations to be introduced
· Organize regular meetings to discuss performance and progress
· Track performance against targets and proactively implement initiatives to achieve budgeted results
· Engage in approximately 30% travel within Switzerland to collaborate with different partners
· Own NPS of the off-trade customers and engage with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of this metric
Profile:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
· 5+ years of commercial experience in retail, ideally within FMCG sales
· Fluency in German (mandatory) and English (essential)
· Target-driven with a "dream big" mindset
· Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Superb negotiation skills during annual negotiation
· A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results
· Demonstrated ownership of projects and a proactive, flexible approach to achieving goals
· Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
