Job Description

WHAT DOES A BUSINESS ANALYST & MARKET INSIGHTS DO?

In this role you will be accountable for delivering value by supporting the Country Sales on cross internal and external data to bring insights that drives action. Your commercial knowledge, ability to develop trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders and ability to draw out data driven insights will be key to your success in this role. Support on driving Sales Performance KPI’s and monitoring.

Support the channel with market data through the IAP (Integrated Activity Planning) process. And embed the info & strategy in Customers Join Business Plans.

RESPONSABILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:

· Support the Leadership team on sales performance analysis and reporting e. g detailed sales performance analysis by sub channel, by region, by customer and by brand.

· Build Sell in / Sell out / Stocks standardized reports and support Sales team with specific information needs.

· Drive business sales by identifying business opportunities based on data analytics e.g. Rotation analysis and distribution.

· Link with the technical team, identify market needs and report bugs of the commercial team and follow up.

· Determine Picture of Success annual survey, driving insights and improvements in the Point of Sales execution.

· Develop together with HR, Finance and Sales leaders the variable compensation (SIP) linked to sales targets and ensure its tracking during the quarter.

· Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.

· Build from External data (Nielsen, IWSR and others) reports that support Sales team with market view and recommendations to improve performance.

· Develop on-going Account Manager content (Inspiration decks, support with Marketing team in the sell in decks, Join Business Plan external landscape and trends, others).

SKILLS

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or Finance

· Experience in Sales analysis or similar position considered a plus

· Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

· Communicate excellently, both verbally and written in Portuguese and English

· Experience of dealing with commercial teams and senior management

· Experience of working with IT/commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.

· Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Panels (Nitro), and Merchandising (Spaceman).
