Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Facilities Manager, performs daily rounds to check all HVAC units, answer all maintenance and emergency housekeeping calls with little or no supervision, maintain the operation of all building utilities, perform on-going upkeep and work requests, and assist in the locking and unlocking of the building.
• Familiar with the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of snowplow operations and capability of safely using snow vehicles.
• Capable of mechanical equipment testing and troubleshooting.
• Good work habits and strong self-motivation is expected
• Manage all duties of landscaper/gardener.
• Plows, salts, and removes snow from walkways on property.
• Maintains planting beds and plants; trimming and pruning various growths.
• Informs management of impending problems.
• Complete various projects including Lt construction, remodeling, Painting, power washing, ex.
• Perform PM’s on equipment.
• Security – locking and unlocking of building.
• Fire Alarm – investigation, notification, troubleshooting.
• Perform housekeeping needs on an emergency basis (ex. overflowing toilets, moping halls) in common areas and suites.
• Maintenance – perform maintenance requests in SEMC spaces, i.e. lights, hanging pictures, repairs, construction, etc.
• Perform other duties as required.

The Wynn Hospital will strengthen and grow full service cardiac offerings, support the development of a Neurosciences Institute that will include a Neurovascular Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, will be a world class diagnostic center, including Interventional Radiology and Advanced Endoscopy and provides a Level III Trauma Center plus the ability to serve 90,000 emergency visits per year.
