ALOHAS is more than a fashion brand it’s a responsible shopping experience and an opportunity to take part in the fight against overproduction in the fashion industry.
Working at ALOHAS means being part of the innovation and growth of a Spanish start-up with a young, creative, and proactive team, where communication flows and energy levels are high. It’s a demanding environment, but extremely rewarding, and we take pride in learning from one another and strive to make sustainability a way of life beyond the workplace.
We’re passionate about what we do, and that passion shines through in our work.
ALOHAS is looking for an Off-Price Specialist to manage and grow the Outlet channel (OTL): selling excess and end-of-life (EOL) stock through off-price and private-sale partners (BestSecret, The Bradery, Choose, YOOX, Gilt, Lounge by Zalando, among others). It's both a commercial and operational role: negotiating terms with each partner, deciding which product and mix to send to each campaign, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT so that every deal runs smoothly and profitably.
Partner management & commercial negotiation
Manage and grow the portfolio of off-price / private-sale partners, and identify and prospect new channel opportunities.
Negotiate the commercial terms of each campaign or deal: discounts, commissions, incoterms, payment terms (e.g. NET90, prepayment), shipping windows and returns policy, aiming to maximise margin without compromising brand image.
Prepare deal proposals for sign-off by the Sales team, including an economic summary (units, sales, cost, margin) and agreed terms.
Product selection & campaign execution
Select the right product mix for each partner and campaign (season, category, size curve), prioritising EOL and excess stock, in coordination with the Merchandising/Planning teams.
Coordinate the launch and follow-up of each campaign (kick-off, product listing, syncing with platforms such as Shopify/Syncio) together with Operations and IT.
Resolve operational issues related to off-price partner orders (shipping mapping, invoicing, labels, taxes).
Internal coordination & reporting
Work with Finance to validate invoicing, VAT, payment terms and credit lines (e.g. COFACE) for each partner.
Monitor the performance of each campaign (sales, sell-through, margin, returns) and report results to the Sales team.
Contribute to the Outlet channel strategy to help meet BBPP targets (units and margin) and propose process improvements.
Prior experience (roughly 2-4 years) in wholesale, off-price, key account management or B2B commercial roles, ideally in fashion, retail or e-commerce.
Proven commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to defend margins against international partners.
Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for the economic analysis of deals (margins, costs, forecasting).
Fluent English, essential for managing relationships with international partners. French is a plus (partners such as The Bradery or Choose).
Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) and manage several deals in parallel.
Detail- and data-oriented, autonomous, and able to own a project end to end.

The ALOHAS way is about bringing sustainable production and responsible shopping to the forefront of the fashion industry.
With our on-demand model, we hold off on production until shoppers have told us what they really want. This way, we minimize overproduction in fashion together.
The history:
The brand was founded in 2015 in Honolulu, Hawaii by current CEO, Alejandro Porras. He was inspired by seeing locals react to his Avarcas, a popular type of sandal from Menorca, Spain, known for their simplicity and ease of use. He decided to talk business in Hawaii and began expanding not only his product offering but also his business sights.
Back to basics and looking to put a spin on the traditional Espadrille, our creative team works from our headquarters in Barcelona to design finely crafted shoes for rain or shine seasons, all produced by trusted artisans in nearby production facilities.
The brand has already strategically positioned itself in Moda Operandi, La Rinascente, Zalando, Revolve, The Iconic and El Corte Inglés, thus covering some of the largest and most exclusive online points of sale across different continents.
ALOHAS is well known for many of its IG collaborations and registered a 1.1 million turnover in 2018 (without investors). This was driven by its ongoing investments into logistics infrastructure and product diversification together with an ever growing online presence.
Life at ALOHAS is dreamy while still demanding. It is a place where we take pride in learning from one another. We love what we do. We also make mistakes, and that helps us improve day after day.
