Job Description

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales performance of its real estate projects. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, strengthening relationships with brokers and marketing partners, and maximizing revenue and investment returns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in off-plan sales, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results in the Saudi real estate market.

Requirements

• Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan real estate projects.
• Lead, manage, and continuously develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and marketing partners.
• Expand and optimize direct and indirect sales channels.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and KPI updates to management.
• Collaborate in developing pricing strategies, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth and investment returns.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in managing off-plan sales projects.
• Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed-use developments.
• Strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and sales performance metrics.
