Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide our agents with practical sales, marketing and lead-generation support to build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Property Consultant with UAE real estate sales experience, knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and the ability to convert leads into clients and close property transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a demonstrable sales track record.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan projects, developers, payment plans and emerging communities.
• Experience selling off-plan properties and working with investors or end-users.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
