Job Description

Oracle Financing (OFD) provides financing, leasing and custom payment solutions to customers acquiring Oracle products and solutions from Oracle or a distribution partner. Established in 1989, Oracle Financing has over 7,000 customers, provides coverage in over 50 countries and provides solutions to customers of all sizes.

Oracle Financing’s Sales group is responsible for executing OFD’s initiatives for the Oracle product teams (Tech, Apps, OCS, Oracle Digital, etc.). This individual will work with Oracle sales representatives to expertly position outcome based financial solutions with Oracle’s customers. The person will be required to manage transactions from origination through to pricing, structuring and booking, and additional responsibilities will include training sales on Oracle Financing’s product offerings and executing OFD’s marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent negotiation, telephone, face-to-face and presentation skills.

  • Integrate into Oracle’s sales teams, partnering with sales representatives to create payment solutions that meet customers’ needs and enable sales.
  • Help drive and demonstrate financial analysis and business value to close deals
  • Communicate knowledge and awareness of market, past successes/solutions and best practices to help facilitate the closing of business.
  • Provide training on Oracle Financing’s product offerings and how best to utilize them in various sales situations.
  • Collaborate with OFD Marketing in the visualization, planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with OFD customer base and new customers.
  • Meet assigned license volume and target penetration goals.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 10 years Sales/Sales support/Sales enablement experience with customer facing role
  • Proficiency at building and maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Experience working in a team setting but also able to work independently
  • Demonstrated background in leasing or finance with a knowledge of leasing products and pricing structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • High energy, goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree from an accredited university
  • Fluent English and Hindi language proficiency required
