Job Description

We are looking for an OEM Sales Manager to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen our presence within the OEM segment of the lubricants industry.

In this role, you will manage key OEM customers, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with regional, global, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business targets.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

Drive sales performance and achieve Volume, Revenue, and Gross Margin targets for the OEM segment
Develop and manage key OEM accounts, including Global, Regional, and Strategic Local customers, to build sustainable business relationships
Identify and secure new business opportunities, including first fill opportunities, by understanding customer needs and providing relevant solutions
Execute sales strategies and monitor account performance, taking corrective actions to address business gaps
Promote and strengthen the Genuine Oil brand within OEM customers and support long-term customer adoption
Collaborate with Regional/Global OEM teams and internal functions such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical to deliver customer solutions and respond to market opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adjust strategies

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in sales, preferably within the OEM, automotive, or lubricants industry
Strong understanding of lubricants, oils, or related technical products
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, both in Indonesian & English (additional foreign language skill will be a plus)
Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve business challenges
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Results-driven with a focus on sustainable growth
