We're looking for a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 11:00p-7:00a
Union: This position is represented by Local 475.
Shift Differential: 15%
Starting Rate: $21.56/hr
Training: New hires must be available to train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to their regularly assigned shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
• Mechanical background.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, gauges, or measuring equipment.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements
