OE Specialist

Main Purpose

*Guide onePSS sustainment with site leadership, OE managers and onePSS community, providing guidance to sustain continuous improvement culture.

*Promote change management in close collaboration to regional, local and/or functional change managers, guarantee structures and resources in place to manage changes, develop people and sustain OE.

*Train the trainers on onePSS topics and develop training programs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

*Guide onePSS implementation in close collaboration with Row Crops and Crop Protection manufacturing teams and in alignment with global / regional production system scope and roadmap;

*Manage onePSS diagnosis and related Operational Excellence initiatives across the country cluster and support site activities to improve results

*Participate on best practices communities for elements in the regional level, represent Latam in the global OE/onePSS forums.

*Promote and participate on external benchmarking activities;

*Coach Lean/6S programs and Continuous Improvement and act as trainer when needed for onePSS elements;

*Steer strategy deployment process assuring alignment between Global / Regional / Local strategies and support transformation Leads on retrospectives and onePSS routines

Qualifications & Competencies

*Engineering/Administration degree or comparable education. Qualification in Lean/6 Sigma preferred.

*At least 2 years’ experience in plant operations / optimization / projects / production system

*Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, data-driven & digital mindset;

*Ability to interface all levels of the organization and to influence without authority, outstanding change management skills

*Local and international travel availability, fluent in and English
