About The Job

We are looking for an experienced Odoo CRM Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, API integrations, and custom automation within the Odoo ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating Odoo with other business platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
• Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
• Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Odoo.
• Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
• Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.

Requirements and Qualification

• Develop, configure, and maintain Odoo CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic.
• Build and customize Odoo views, reports, and custom modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and the OWL framework.
• Implement and manage custom APIs and integrations between Odoo and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools.
• Support data migration and synchronization between Odoo and other systems.
• Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for various business units.
• Collaborate with MarTech Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across Odoo environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integration issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo development capabilities, APIs, and best practices.
