We are currently looking for a driven Odoo Consultant to join our new Manchester office. If you want to solve real business challenges rather than just formatting slides, this is your opportunity.

Tasks

Your Impact

• Own Your Stream: Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect the Future: Analyse complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
• Drive Business Value: Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide development and secure project success.
• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Expert Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with native level of English.
