We are hiring for the role of ODM Project Manager, specializing in DMS Industrial Equipment Embedded System products. This position involves managing project progress and participating in product specification development to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers.
• Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues.
• Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing
• potential issues early.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.
• Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards.
• Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as
• needed.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
• Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations, conducting market analysis, and meticulous product planning.
• A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
