Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Support sales team to achieve business target.
  • Process Quanta orders in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.
  • Satisfy customers to develop business in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate sales team and internal departments to achieve business target and meet customer requests.
  • Sales order implementation and management, ERP system operation.
  • Closely track shipment status and coordinate with related departments to achieve on time delivery.
  • Respond to customer’s inquiry; coordinate with related departments to handle customer feedback and claims for customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales data and report on a regular basis.
  • Ensure ‘Order to Cash’ process clean, in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor degree and above is required.
  • 2-3 years above working experience in customer service, international trading or logistics related fields is preferred.
  • Customer oriented and commercial understanding.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork player.
  • Fluent in reading and written English, workable oral English.
  • Good knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Master of import & export knowledge is a bonus.
