About this opportunity:
Ericsson is pleased to offer an exciting full-time opportunity within our company in the role of Order and Delivery Management (ODM). The successful candidate will be responsible for the robust management of orders, ensuring a 100% clarification check, the monitoring and delivery of orders in line with sales or project requirements. This position will also involve the handling of all products and services, bridging returns and transportation, and optimizing supply chain execution to enhance overall control and management in terms of both orders and return flows.
What you will do:
- Determine delivery strategies for required items, aiming to meet customer requirements in a cost-efficient manner.
- Record incoming customer orders, verifying their accuracy to ensure clarified orders are accurately booked.
- Monitor material requirements to fulfill customer requests and track orders so all line items are confirmed in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the release of activities related to product assignment and manage material confirmation availability.
- Handle change requests from stakeholders while ensuring outbound deliveries are prepped and ready for transportation per order acknowledgment.
- Execute shipments as planned, including the processing of invoices and credit notes relative to PO and Non-PO.
The skills you bring:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order, delivery, and return flows within a supply chain.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and propose solutions using established procedures, precedents, and judgement.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order handling, documentation, and system updates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Project Management, Supply, Logistics Service Providers, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks in parallel, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are an advantage depending on location.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer and service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues on processes and tools, while operating as an individual contributor without direct people management responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 3–7 years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with order-to-delivery processes, transportation, and returns in a global or regional environment.
- Experience with ERP and order management systems (e.g. SAP or similar) is an advantage.
