    Documentation, HSE and Quality

    • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation (goods-received notes, material-issue vouchers, stock registers), record inventory movements and material non-conformities, and produce regular stock and consumption reports.
    • Enforce strict compliance with EHS procedures, housekeeping, fire safety and PPE within the warehouse and yard areas, and ensure lifting and handling operations are carried out with certified equipment and qualified operators.

    Team Leadership

    • Supervise and organise warehouse and yard personnel, allocating tasks and ensuring productivity, discipline and safety.

    Measurement

    • Timely availability and issuance of OCS materials to the work fronts, with no schedule impact caused by material shortages

Accuracy and reliability of inventory records, stock reports and material traceability
