
MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to oversee and direct the project team comprised of company employees, 1099 contractors, and subcontracted personnel and organizations. The PM will accomplish program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet the user’s operational needs. The candidate will also need to be able to ensure the acquisition program requirements and actions relating to Government/Contract property that are anticipated, addressed, and performed within and for their program overall project management and direction and implementing course corrections as needed. Duties shall focus on project monitoring, control, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as required.
The Program Manager (PM) will provide leadership and management oversight for large-scale aviation systems and operations in an OCONUS environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day program support, including aircraft maintenance, logistics, training, safety, financial management, quality management, contract deliverables, and communication with U.S. Government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
The United States Government (USG), through the INL Aviation Division, provides administrative, technical, maintenance, training, safety, and logistics/procurement support to the Colombian National Police’s (CNP) Aviation Unit (AVIPO), which operates throughout Colombia supporting counter-narcotics and law enforcement operations. The INL Aviation Division provides aviation management expertise and resources to CNP to strengthen law enforcement, support counternarcotics operations, and provide safe and efficient aviation support. The program currently supports a total of 34 UH-60s located in two fixed bases - Bogota/Guaymaral and Tulua - and in multiple mobile bases in Colombia on an as-needed basis. The total number of aircraft supported under this contract is subject to change. The CNP exercises operational control of the aviation assets supported by the INL Aviation Division.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
