Your Team

The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.

The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&Ois responsible forproviding enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management, and process mapping.

Build change management excellence through leading organisations change approach and providing directing change management practices and methodologies

Your responsibilities

  • Experience building the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans including education programs.

  • Drive the detailed assessments of change impacts both internal and external, business readiness and plan to redress gaps.

  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and impacted stakeholders to support the continued engagement and readiness for the changes.

  • Understand andidentifychange barriers; design recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact.

  • Define training requirements and training plans for impacted stakeholders, including engaging with relevant SMEs/third parties.

  • Understand internal and external service level agreements/key performance indicators, and work to ensure they are minimally affected by changes.

  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes,practicesand outcomes within Enterprise Enablement.

  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture byrolemodellingASX values and actively breaking down silos.

  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolveissuesand improveendtoendenterprise outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders across divisions to achieve enterprise outcomes.

  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.

  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities andtradeoffs

  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.

  • PreparehighqualityExecutive and governance papers, briefings and updates, tailored to audience and governance needs.

  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.

  • Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Relevant qualification or training in change management, project management, communications, psychology (or equivalent experience).

  • Proventrack recordas a Senior Change Manager on programs/projects in complex change environments across a range of subject matter

  • Demonstrated understanding of working with bothbusinessled change and project teams

  • Demonstrated level of project management skills

  • Strong communicationand facilitation skills

  • Ability to work at pace – prioritising progress over perfection.

  • Ability to build high-trust relationships with stakeholders – guiding and influencing their approach to change

  • Experience with applying mandated delivery frameworks and being both creative and compliant

  • Demonstrated experience with Atlassian and Microsoft tools; Confluence, JIRA,SharePointand PowerPoint - producing deliverables, communication and educational artefacts is a keycomponentof the role

Nice to have

• Experience leading change in a financial services environment
Demonstratedexperience with analysing learning requirements and developing/delivering training
• Skills in creating audio and visual change management and training material.
• Experience working on regulatory projects
