What will your day look like?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies and plans tailored to the client’s SAP implementations needs.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Develop training programs and materials to support the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, using feedback and metrics to measure success and make adjustments as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on change strategies.
  • Candidate should have experience in leading Change Management initiatives in migration projects.
  • Candidate should be able to demonstrate how the OCM would be planned for the project during kickoff. (This would be key)
  • Candidate should be flexible to adapt change management capabilities in fast pacing deliverables planning.
  • Candidate should be able to provide a business impact matrix highlighting previous vs new - process change.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in IT consulting or similar industries is an asset.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification).
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other technology transformation projects.
