About the Opportunity

RACV is seeking an organised and service‑focused Organisational Capability & Learning (OC&L) Coordinator to support the delivery of learning and capability initiatives across the business.

In this role, you’ll keep learning operations running smoothly by coordinating programs, managing learning systems, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You’ll work closely with People & Culture colleagues, business leaders and external providers, playing a key role in delivering a positive learner experience.

  • Coordinating end‑to‑end learning programs including induction, compliance and development initiatives
  • Administering and supporting digital learning platforms (LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Typsy)
  • Managing learning logistics, communications, reporting and data accuracy
  • Providing high‑quality customer service and stakeholder support
  • Supporting continuous improvement across learning systems and processes

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Experience administering an LMS or digital learning platforms
  • Strong coordination, organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a corporate environment
  • Experience in HR, L&D or capability programs is desirable
  • Excellent problem solving skills in fast paced environments
