Job Opportunity

By joining our team at our Mumbai office, you will have the chance to apply your skills to support the end-to-end management of ocean import shipments, making a direct impact on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages standard operational procedures by accurately entering related data into the system and ensuring data integrity;
• With appropriate support, handles more complex ocean freight requests in the system, overseeing the full organization of shipments and preparing the related documentation;
• With appropriate support, provides assistance to customers in case of delays and/or cargo holds, rescheduling delivery dates to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• With team support, manages communication with overseas branches and suppliers to ensure timely shipments and alignment with customer requirements;
• Ensures proper margin control of shipments by entering estimated costs and managing customer invoicing.

Key Competences:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good analytical and conceptual reasoning skills;
• Strong numerical ability and familiarity with data analysis;
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Good command of English language.
