Job Description

What You Can Expect:

Gestión documental y técnica:

  • Verificar disponibilidad de BLs emitidos en origen (telex / originales) y controlar recepción de cartas de garantía.

-Realizar pagos de manifiestos documentales y mantener trazabilidad de cada embarque.

  • Controlar documentación requerida para liberación y retiro.

Liberaciones y coordinación operativa:

  • Gestionar liberación de embarques FCL y LCL ante líneas marítimas, (48 hs antes del arribo)
  • Coordinar retiro físico de documentación (líneas / co-loaders).

Servicios adicionales:

  • Coordinar prefacturas de servicios adicionales y comunicar cargos especiales al cliente en conjunto con Customer Service.

What You Bring:

  • Estudiantes o graduados de Comercio Exterior, Logística, o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en freight forwarding. (será un plus)
  • Manejo de sistemas operativos (deseable)
