KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Delivery – Ensure we deliver the product and promise we sold to our customers.
Schedule Reliability managing your own vessel scheduling (including Contingency) to meet internal and industry reliability targets on short- and long-term basis, while managing efficient bunker consumption.
Maximized the asset utilization by managing teus and tons allocation on owned and partners’ vessels providing high quality on cargo planning, connectivity (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with Market teams, for both laden and empty flows.
Ensuring port calls are planned and executed at highest quality with lowest possible
cost (Bunker waste and Behavioral costs).
Participate and coordinate new deployments and optimization opportunities with Ocean Network Product managers, that leads to sustaining customer experience and network efficiencies.
Engage and communicate closely with a multitude of stakeholders inside the organization.
Understanding the importance of standard processes, following standard procedures with discipline, and actively engage in continuous improvements of global standards by providing feedback on processes and tools.
Contributing towards our transformation journeys and support Subject Matter Experts to run initiatives on processes and tech improvements.
Collaborate with Area operations and various internal and external stakeholders
(Terminals/3rd party suppliers internally) to ensure end to end experience for our customers.
Service delivery within your scope, in close collaboration with Market Teams, Europe Ocean operations and Ocean Network Product colleagues.
Asset optimization (bunker consumption, utilization) & management of bottlenecks and cargo connectivity.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone with:
Strong experience in Multifunctional teams and large matrix organization companies.
Experience of dealing with logistics operations & local authorities to ensure a compliant process & delivery.
Ability to align and take calculated, analytical decisions in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to optimize assets, flows, & collaboration between internal stakeholders.
Data driven & cost-efficient mindset, being able to understand complex scenarios and drive desired outcomes.
Business oriented approach, understanding the impact of your decisions on our customers.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Fluency in English, both written & spoken.
