Job Role
The Ocean Freight Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the ocean freight business operations in Surabaya and the East Java region. This role focuses on driving strategic sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing overall sales performance within the area.
The position combines strategic business planning, commercial negotiations, team leadership, and logistics solution development to strengthen market presence and secure long-term partnerships with major corporate accounts.
