Job Role
The Ocean Freight Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving business development and account expansion within the ocean freight business, especially for Mandarin-speaking clients and China–Indonesia trade activities. The role combines strategic hunting, commercial solution selling, tender management, pricing simulation, and customer relationship management to secure and grow B2B logistics business opportunities.
The position also acts as a key communication bridge between local operations, regional stakeholders, and international customers to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality logistics service delivery.
