Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Export Operation Executive to join our Ocean Freight team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operation processes, coordinating with customers, carriers, overseas agents and internal departments while ensuring smooth and efficient shipment execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end ocean freight export operation processes.
• Follow up shipment workflows and ensure operations are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers and internal departments throughout the shipment cycle.
• Prepare and control shipping documents including bill of lading, invoices and operational files.
• Review loading instructions and coordinate shipment arrangements with carriers and agents.
• Monitor customer accounts together with finance teams before document release.
• Ensure operational data and shipment details are entered into the system completely and accurately.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational and profitability reports.
• Support customer satisfaction by providing fast and effective solutions to operational issues.
• Support sales teams by developing alternative service solutions for customer requests.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customs regulations and operational standards.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime, International Trade or related fields,
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Ocean Freight Export Operations,
• Previous team management or team coordination experience,
• Strong knowledge of export operational workflows, documentation and carrier management,
• Experience in managing customer communication and overseas agent coordination,
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and operational follow-up skills,
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational processes simultaneously,
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of ownership and accountability,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Experience with TMS or similar operational systems is an advantage,
