  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  Analyze client needs, provide customized project proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
• 
  Coordinate with operations to ensure delivery are completed on time.
• 
  Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.
• 
  Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• 
  Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience as sales in 3PL or ocean cargo
• 
  Having good knowledge related to export and import regulations.
• 
  Have potential customer portfolio that can be prospected in using LX Pantos service.
• 
  Able to do tender management, make pricing simulation for selling and buying, make solution suggestion and design
  Fluent in English
