services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people
from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia.
The People & Culture
Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s people strategy by
delivering a broad range of human resources functions across the employee
lifecycle.
This position partners with
leaders and employees to provide operational and administrative support on
functions such as policies, employee relations, performance management,
recruitment, compliance, records management and learning and development. The
role ensures HR practices align with organisational values, promote a positive
workplace culture, and comply with relevant legislation.
With a strong focus on
collaboration and continuous improvement, the People & Culture Generalist
contributes to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, capability, and
overall organisational effectiveness.
As
part of your role, you will be working with children, people with a disability
and people who are vulnerable. It is your obligation to always ensure their
safety and report any concerns in line with our duty of care obligations. We
have zero tolerance when it comes to abuse of any kind and will take
disciplinary action, including and up to termination of employment, should we
determine that abuse has taken place or there has been a failure to report any
suspected or alleged abuse.

In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
