Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Are you passionate about helping others regain independence and live their best lives? We’re looking for a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the Occupational Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility, ensuring top-quality care and meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in planning and administering occupational therapy treatments
• Support residents in achieving therapy goals
• Document progress and communicate with the care team
• Help train staff to ensure continuity of care
What You Bring
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar preferred setting--new grads considered
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices
• A passion for helping others and working as part of a team
