Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a clinician-owned, rapidly growing home healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the professionals who make it possible. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the Northbridge area due to continued growth and increasing patient demand.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers to support independence with daily living skills
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts COTA license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
