Location: South Creek Post Acute
Pay:$38–$42 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:$2,500 paid over the course of one year

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and patient-centered environment.
