Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Wiltshire
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £36.54 per hour



Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a pivotal member of its client's Reablement Team based in Wiltshire. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives post-hospitalisation by helping them rebuild confidence and regain independence.

You’ll provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. With 50% of your working hours spent face-to-face, you’ll deliver bespoke care through strengths-based assessments and innovative reablement plans tailored to each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments and design tailored reablement plans
  • Support individuals post-hospitalisation to regain independence
  • Provide expert advice on equipment and care decisions
  • Train and support team members within the Reablement Team
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective care
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and FOI regulations
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and HCPC professional standards

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience working with adults in a community setting
  • Proven ability to review care packages and implement equipment solutions
  • Preferred experience using Liquid Logic case management system
  • Full UK driver’s licence (essential for home and hospital visits)
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and Adult Safeguarding
