About this role

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in Hillsboro as a School Based Occupational Therapist, where you will provide essential therapy services to support student health and development. This role offers a balanced part-time schedule within a collaborative and mission-driven health system. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering compassionate care and fostering professional growth in a rural community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in school settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student development and wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to professional and departmental policies and procedures
• Engage personally with students to ensure compassionate care

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• Current Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist license
